Situated on a duck pond in an exclusive area outside Durbanville, start of the wine lands. Only 20 minutes to Cape Town, Stellenbosch or Paarl and Cape Town International Airport. The postcard view of Table Mountain, Bloubergstrand, and the Atlantic Ocean is also 20 minutes away from where we are situated.
We offer two self-catering modern apartments in a secure environment with all amenities, which include swimming pool access and secure parking. Each apartment accommodates two people and you have South African and German television. The apartments are fully serviced and have under floor heating.

From the front entrances of these apartments you gaze out over the magnificent views of the mountains at Stellenbosch. Across the road from the apartments is a small lake called the Sonstraal Dam, a beautiful setting which calls for a relaxed morning stroll. Watch the Guinea Fowls, Egyptian Geese and Ducks at your leisure. There are three golf courses in the vicinity. A game reserve is nearby which has at least 14 indigenous species of wild animals. Wildebeest, Eland, Zebra and Grey Reebok roam free on the very last remaining RENOSTERVELD (indigenous bush type in the Western Cape)
The high quality menus and wines in the restaurants of Durbanville are of an international standard. A visit to the local shopping malls is recommended.
In addition to the Durbanville wine lands you also experience Table Mountain and the most beautiful scenic drives around the Cape peninsula. You have unspoilt beaches, cosmopolitan shopping and delightful dining. The waterfront in the harbour has many interesting features including an Aquarium, shops and restaurants. Most of all you will enjoy authentic South African hospitality.
The N1 highway to Cape Town is within easy reach and the Cape Town international airport is approximately 25 minutes drive away. If required, you can be collected on your arrival and then on departure dropped off at the airport. We will also be happy to assist in planning your stay and day-tours if you so wish.
